5种杀虫剂对紫薇长斑蚜的毒杀效果研究 被引量:7

摘要 本试验在室内测定了5种杀虫剂对紫薇长斑蚜的毒力,试验结果表明,田笑20%阿维.杀微乳剂和农地乐52.25%乳油防效较好,致死中量LC50分别为5.6697×10-5μg/L和7.9480×10-5μg/L;2.5%溴氰菊酯乳剂次之,LC50为1.4025×10-1μg/L;而赛波凯10%乳油和2.5%蚜虱一扫光乳剂防效最差。选取室内致死率为85%以上的农药倍数,用于室外试验,结果表明,5种杀虫剂防效由强到弱依次为:田笑20%阿维.杀微乳剂1 250倍液,致死率为88.89%;农地乐52.25%乳油1 250倍液,致死率为86.67%;2.5%溴氰菊酯乳剂1 250倍液,致死率为83.33%;赛波凯10%乳油1 000倍液,致死率为78.89%;2.5%蚜虱一扫光乳剂1 000倍液,致死率为75.56%。 The experiment determines the toxicity of Tinocallis kahawaluokalam kirkaldy which 5 pesticides act upon. The result shows that 20 96 of Abamectin monosultap ME and 52.25 96 of Nurelle EC are the best on preventable effect, with the LC50 parting with 5. 6697×10^-5μg/L and 7. 9480×10^-5μg/L. 2.5 % of Deltamethrin ME is the second, and LC50 is 1. 4025×10^-4μg/L. However, 10 96 of Cyperkill EC and 2.596 Yashiyisaoguang ME are the worst on preventable effect. Picking out the pesticide multiple that the fatal rate is 85 96 above indoors to the experiment outside. The result shows that the preventable effect of 5 pesticides, from sturdiness to weakness, is that the 1250 multiple fatal rate of 20% Abamectin monosultap ME is 88. 8996, the 1250 multiple fatal rate of 52. 25 % of Nurelle EC is 86.6796, the 1250 multiple fatal rate of 2.5 96 of Dehamethrin ME is 83.33 96, the 1000 multiple fatal rate of 10 % of Cyperkill EC is 78.89 %, the 1000 multiple fatal rate of 2.5 % Yashiyisaoguang ME is 75.56 %.
