摘要
应用有限单元法(SAP5)叠加求解了冷轧带钢在线时,由于张力作用引起的带钢翘曲浪形的变形,为在冷轧板带厂的各条连续生产线上检测板形时选用板形仪提供理论依据,为研制一种新型激光波浪度测量仪做理论准备。所研制波浪度测量仪是一种理想的用于非大张力生产线的在线连续式板形检测装置。
A numerical calculation of displacement of buckied strip under in-plate load is achieved by FEd(SAP5) .The results provide the theory foundation for selecting steepness detector in different continuous cold strip mills .On basis of the analysis, a non-contact laser steepness detector has been designed and made up. By industrial use, the set is proved to be an ideal continuous on-line shape detecting device for the process line with fairly small tension
