摘要
研究了用１８０ｍｍ轧机轧制异型断面棘爪钢的可行性。实验确定了保证棘爪钢断面形状和机械性能的冷轧变形率为４８％，拉伸矫直量以不小于０．３％为佳。
The feasibility for rolling special section pawl steel with the existing & 180 mm mill at laboratory has been discussed. The conditions needed for rolling qualified products have been decided by experiment.That is cold rolling strain 48% and stretch rolling<0.3%.
