新藏公路界山—红土达坂段的翻浆多为冻土翻浆,影响公路翻浆的有气候、土质、水、车辆超载及养护不及时等多方面的原因,经过大规模的整治,现已逐步提高了养护质量,实现了全年通车。

There are many factors causing to highway boiling, such as weather, soil quality, moisture, overloading of vehicles, maintenance not in time, and so on. Through the large-scale treatment, the maintenance has been improved gradually and has been open to traffic all year.
