城乡结合部的道路是市政管理的难点和薄弱点,由于其道路交通特征明显不同于城市道路及公路,所以通过对城乡结合部道路设计过程中各个因素的研究,优化城乡结合部道路设计,加强结合部的交通设施,能够有效地减少交通事故。

It is the difficulty and the weakness for municipal administration in urban-rural binding regions. Because of obvious difference with urban road and highway, it is effective for reducing the traffic accident to research and optimize on each factor affecting road design, and to enhance the traffic equipments in the urban-rural binding regions.
