ACE基因与糖尿病合并冠心病的关联研究

THE INTERRELATION STUDY OF ACE GENE AND NONINSULIN-DEPENDENT DIABETES MELLITUS(NIDDM) with CHD

目的:探讨内蒙古地区汉族糖尿病合并冠心病病人的ACE基因I/N的多态性,并同汉族健康人群比较,分析其遗传特点。方法:34例N IDDM合并冠心病病人的DNA应用ACE基因内含子16多态部位侧翼的前体进行PCR扩增。等位基因在琼脂胶上电泳,溴乙啶染色,紫外灯下观察。结果:病人的DD,D I和II基因型的频率是0.58,0.15和0.26,汉族健康人群的DD,D I和II基因型的频率是0.33,0.31和0.35。糖尿病合并冠心病病人DD基因型及DD等位基因频率显著增高。结论:在北方汉族人群的研究中发现ACE基因I/N的多态性与糖尿病合并冠心病相关。

Objective： To investigate the insertion/deletion angiotensin converting enzyme （ACE） in NIDDM with CHD in Hans characteristics. Methods： 34 patients genomic DNA was amplified （I/D） polymorphism of , and analyse their genetic by polymorphic region in intron 16 of the ACE gene. Allele were detected on agarose gel stained with ethidium bromide. Results： The frequencies of DD, DI and Ⅱ genotype were 0.58 ,0.15and0.26 in NIDDM with CHD; and 0. 33, 0.31＂and 0.35 in the control respectively. ACE gene are associated with NIDDM with CHD in Hans.
