摘要
论述了65Mn钢140mm × 140mm连铸坯采用直接热装轧制工艺轧制成2.75mm × 135mm带钢的可行性。介绍了试轧过程中炼钢、连铸、加热、轧制等工艺参数及孔型系统,以及采用此高效短流程新工艺后,从炼钢至成品出库的时间由几日缩短至4~4.5h,而且产量高,能耗减少,成材率提高。
Feasibility of rolling 2 .75mm x 135mm strip using 140mm x 140mm continuous cast billet by means of direct hot charging rolling process is described. Steel-making, continuous casting, heating, parameters of rolling process and groove system during trial lolling period are introduced. After using this technology, the period of steel making to production delivery store is decreased form several day to 4~4 .5 hours, output is increased, energy consumption is decreased, product rate is raised.
