基质金属蛋白酶与增生性玻璃体视网膜病变

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶是一类活性依赖于锌离子和钙离子的可以降解细胞外基质的蛋白水解酶,广泛存在于人体各器官,具有许多重要的生理和病理作用。本文就基质金属蛋白酶的特性及其在增生性玻璃体视网膜病变中的研究进展作一简要概述。 Matrix metalloproteinases dependent endopeptidases that are capable matrix (ECM) and basement membranes. (MMPs) are a tightly regulated family of zinc of degrading all components of the extracellular They were expressed in all organs of body and related with many important physiological and pathological roles. The aim of this review is to summarize the current knowledge of their characters and their involvement in proliferative vitreoretinopathy.
