摘要
目的:探讨踝关节生物力学试验放置压敏片的新方法,为踝关节生物力学试验提供依据。方法:采用6具防腐尸体标本,左足组为A组,从内踝放入压敏片,右足组为B组,从外踝放入压敏片。标本固定在实验机上,轴向压缩700N,维持120秒,分析压敏片。结果:A、B组踝关节接触面积分别是(284·8±27·3)、(281·3±24·7)mm2;踝关节前内、前外、后内、后外受力面积A组分别是(77·4±8·3)、(67·8±6·2)、(78·1±6·5)、(61·5±9·2)mm2,B组分别是(81·5±9·2)、(64·2±5·9)、(80·9±6·1)、(54·7±8·2)mm2;平均压强A组分别是(2·09±0·06)、(2·30±0·48)、(1·73±0·41)、(1·87±0·43)MPa,B组分别是(2·11±0·47)、(2·33±0·45)、(1·70±0·38)、(1·82±0·40)MPa;峰值压强A组分别是(3·24±0·44)、(3·38±0·47)、(2·89±0·38)、(3·02±0·41)MPa,B组分别是(3·29±0·43)、(3·36±0·49)、(2·85±0·34)、(3·05±0·44)MPa。A、B组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0·05)。结论:经内踝入路放置压敏片试验效果同经外踝入路放置压敏片相当,为踝关节力学研究提供了一个新方法。
Objective:To discuss a new method to place pressure sensitive film on ankle joint through biomechanical experiment. Methods:The six specimens of anticorrosive cadaver were divided into two groups ( A and B)according to left and right foot. The pressure sensitive film were respectively placed into medial malleolus (group A)and lateral malleolus (group B). They were tested on experimental machine, the force of axio-compression was 700 N, keeping 120 seconds. Results: The contact surface of ankle joint were ( 284. 8 ± 27.3 ) mm^2 , (281.3 ± 24. 7)mm^2 in group A and group B, respectively. In group A, the compressive surface of ankle joint in intra-anterior, extra-anterior, intra-lateral, extra-lateral were (77.4 ± 8.3 ) mm^2, (67.8 ± 6. 2) mm^2, (78.1 ±6. 5) mm^2, (61.5 ± 9. 2) mm^2, respectively; and in group B, they were(81.5 ± 9.2) mm^2, (64. 2 ± 5.9) mm^2, ( 80. 9 ± 6. 1 ) mm^2, (54. 7 ± 8.2) mm^2, respectively. The average pressure were (2. 09 ± 0. 06 ) MPa, (2.30 ± 0. 48) MPa, ( 1.73 ± 0. 41 ) MPa, ( 1.87 ± 0. 43 ) MPa in group A, respectively ; and ( 2. 11 ± 0. 47 ) MPa, (2. 33 ± 0. 45) MPa, ( 1.70 ± 0. 38 ) MPa, ( 1.82 ± 0.40) MPa in group B, respectively. The peak pressure were(3.24 ±0. 44) MPa, (3.38 ±0. 47) MPa, (2. 89 ±0. 38) MPa, (3.02 ±0. 41 )MPa in group A,respectively; and (3.29 ± 0. 43 ) MPa, (3.36 ± 0. 49 ) MPa, ( 2. 85 ± 0. 34 ) MPa, ( 3.05 ± 0. 44 ) MPa in group B ( P 〉 0. 05), respectively. Condusion:Placing pressure sensitive film into medial malleolus can obtain the same resuhs as those placing pressure sensitive, film into lateral malleolus, thus provides a new method for biomechanical experiment of ankle joint.
