摘要
从实验动物的选择以及样本的冷冻固定、样本的包埋与冷冻、实验数据的采集等方面探索了大鼠整体数据集的制备技术,并在此基础上获得了一套大鼠全身的高精度数字断层解剖数据集,该数据集包含高质量的二维横断面解剖图像9475张,单张图像的分辨率为4600×2580×24-bit,像素尺寸为0.020 mm×0.020 mm,切片厚度为0.020 mm,数据集总容量达314.68 GByte.断面图像的分析表明数据集的制备质量达到了较高的水平.该制备方法可为今后在整体层次上开展数字大鼠研究提供技术支撑.
This paper researches on a preparation technology of digital atlas of sectional anatomy of whole rat, which refers to animal selection, specimen preparation and experimental data acquisition, and on the basis of this, a digital rat arias of sectional anatomy is constructed. The pixel size is 0.020 mm × 0.020 mm, the thickness of slice is 0.020 ram, each section is saved with 4600 ×2580 × 24-bit format, 9475 sections are captured, and the volume of arias is up to 314.68 Gbyte. The analysis of sectional images shows that the preparation technology of digital rat atlas is suitable. This study provides a good technology supporting for digital rat.
