Development Status of Technologies for Oil Transmission Pipeline at Home and Abroad

原油管网是石油储存和运输的基础设施,是保证国家能源和战略安全的有效手段。根据建设原油管网的必要性,论述了世界原油管道的建设现状和技术发展趋势,分析了我国原油管网的技术水平及与国外先进水平的差距,并对我国原油管网建设提出了建议。

Crude oil pipeline and network are the fundamental facilities in the petroleum storage and transportation and also the available approach to guarantee the national energy and strategic security. The necessity for construction of petroleum pipeline and network was analyzed, and the current situation and developing trend of technologies for the international petroleum pipeline and network were discussed. The technological discrepancy of petroleum pipeline and network in China with the advanced level of world was investigated. Some suggestions for the construction of petroleum pipeline and network in China were presented.
