动力型带瓣血复制器相关设备的配置与改制

摘要 介绍一种动力型带瓣血管复制器系统工作时的相关设备的配置及改制方法,有利于降低制作成本,提高运转效果,有利于组织工程化带瓣大动脉培养。本系统由带瓣血管复制器、改制的二氧化碳培养箱及往复回旋式振荡器三大模块构成。培养箱及振荡器可独立使用,其性能不变,动力型带瓣血复制器模拟小循环的血流生物力学条件,其生物物理条件均可控制与调节。经过一年多试用证明其力学特征能满足带瓣大血管组织培养模拟肺动脉系统的基本要求,表明该培养系统从理论或实践上均具有创新和实用性。 To recommend a dynamical valved conduit duplicator system, which consisted of three parts, the dynamical valved conduit duplicator, a holed CO2 incubator and a bibrator, these two laters can be used independently. By doing tryout in a period over a year, it demonstrated that this system has innovativeness and usefulness in theoretics and plactice.
