高校信息安全专业人才培养的思考

Study on Talents Cultivation of Information Security in University

随着信息技术的发展和信息化建设的高速推进,为信息安全产业的发展带来了前所未有的机遇。根据有关数据分析显示,目前安全市场的增长远远高于整个IT市场的增长。因此,需要有更多的信息安全人才来满足安全市场的需求。本文从高校信息安全专业学科建设、培养适合社会和产业发展的信息安全人才的保障体系角度阐明了作者的观点。

With rapid development of Information Technology and information construction, it brings unprecedented opportunity to industry of information security. It is analyzed that the rise of the security market is outclassed the IT market. It needs more talents of information security for market. This paper lays emphasis on contents of subject construction of information security and system of security assurance to cultivate talents of information security adaptive to society and industry.
