摘要
履带车辆普遍采用液力和机械联合制动的方式。为了提高和改善车辆减速制动性能,需要设计恰当的控制和操纵方式。基于对某新型牵引-制动型液力变矩减速器和湿式多片机械制动器的研究及模糊逻辑控制理论,建立了某型车辆联合制动模糊控制的仿真模型,通过液力变矩减速器和机械制动器的协同工作,实现了车辆的恒力矩制动。
Blend brake combined hydraulic and mechanical mode is generally used on tractor vehicles. In order to improve the performance of braking of the vehicle, appropriate control and operation mode should be designed. Based on the research of a new tractionrbrake type bydraulic torque converter, wet multi-disc mechanical brake and fuzzy logic control theory, a simulation model of hlend brake and fuzzy control system of a vehicle is built, and the constant torque braking is realized by coordinating hydraulic torque converter and wet multidisc brake.
