摘要
采用超声速火焰喷涂工艺,在预黏结Kevlar-49纤维布的C/PMR-15基体上制备了WC-Co涂层。结果表明预黏结Kevlar-49纤维布后所得的WC-Co涂层连续致密,这主要是由于Kevlar-49纤维布表面具有凸凹起伏的特征,为涂层粒子沉积提供了有利条件。经260℃至室温的热冲击300次后,涂层未出现明显剥落,原始裂纹基本无扩展现象,这主要是由于Kevlar-49纤维布具有较好的应力缓和功能。
WC-Co coating was prepared by HVOF process on the carbon-fibre/PMR-15 composite substrate on which Kevla-49 was attached. The result showed the uneven surface of Kevlar-49 contributed to thedepo sition of WC-Co powders, thus a dense coating is acquired, After undergoing 300 thermal shock circles from room temperature to 260℃ . no obvious spallation of coating was observed and the extension of crack in the o riginal coating was retarded because Kevlar-49 has the function of relaxing thermal stresses.
