实施质量、环境、职业健康安全体系一体化认证将成为建筑施工企业提高管理水平和产品质量的有效手段,而如何进行文件的策划与编制是建立一体化管理体系的关键。为此,分析了施工企业建立一体化管理体系的必要性和一体化文件的可行性,并对一体化体系文件的策划与编写工作,以及一体化认证应注意的问题进行了介绍。

The implementation of one package certification for quality, environment, occupational health and safety will be an effective means for construction enterprises to improve their management and quality control. But how to design and prepare the document will be critical to establishment of the package management system. Therefore this paper gives an account to the necessity of the package management system and the feasibility of package certification. It also describes the design and preparation of documents for package management system and it addressed the aspects of the one package certification that might need attention.
