摘要
泰安抽水蓄能电站左坝头边坡存在较大安全隐患,设计采用无粘结预应力锚索进行加固处理。预应力锚索施工技术主要包括钢铰线、张拉机具选取,灌浆工艺,张拉工艺,端部封堵等。施工过程中严格质量控制,坚持安全施工,圆满完成任务。
Since big hidden troubles exist in the side-slope of the left-bank of Tai'an Pumped Storage Hydropower Station, pre-stressed anchorage cables without adhesive bond end socket have been adopted for the purpose of reinforcement. The construction technology of the pre-stressed anchorage cable mainly include steel cable, choice of pulling implement, grouting technology, pulling technology, head end plugging, etc. With safety in mind, the quality has been strictly supervised in the process of construction.
