DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF WANZHOU YANGTZE RIVER BRIDGE ON YICHANG-WANZHOU RAILWAY LINE

摘要 研究目的根据宜万铁路跨越长江的关键性控制工程——万州长江大桥,位于峡谷地段,水深流急,江中不宜设置桥墩的特点,对该桥设计、施工关键技术进行研究,解决大跨度钢桁拱设计、施工关键技术问题。研究方法结合桥址处的地质、地形、通航、水文条件,进行综合技术经济比较,采用结构分析计算和桥梁结构动力学与车辆动力学的研究方法。研究结果针对国内首次采用钢桁拱—桁梁组合体系的大跨度铁路桥梁的建设,探索出一套成功的设计、施工经验和一系列有针对性的技术措施。研究结论正桥采用168m+360m+180m三跨连续钢桁拱-桁梁组合结构桥。桁宽采用16m,列车行车安全及舒适性有保障;吊杆合理开孔,有效拟制了风致振动;钢桁拱的架设必须采用爬坡式吊机架设;合理的安装顺序和工艺技术措施保证了钢桁拱的高精度合龙。 Research purposes: Construction of Wanzhou Yangtze River Bridge was a key controlled project for Yichang - Wanzhou Railway to cross Yangtze River. The site of the bridge was in gorge with deep water and fast current and it was not suitable to build bridge pier in the river. The technical problems in design and construction of large span steel trussed arch were solved through making researches on the key technologies for design and construction of the bridge. Research methods: With consideration of the conditions of geology, topography, navigation and hydrology, the integral comparisons of technology and economy were made by adopting methods of structure analysis and calculation, bridge structure dynamics and rolling stock dynamics. Research results: The main steel beam adopted time to be adopted in China. The bridge was the the composite structure of steel trussed arch beam and it was the first largest span bridge in China. The paper explored a set of successful deusing correct assembly order and taking national technical measures.
