摘要
观察和测试了液膜溶解扩散焊液膜状态、母材界面温度、焊补区硬度及组织。指出,液膜状态可作为判别和控制最佳喷熔温度的依据。
This paper at first observed the liquid film state of solution-diffusion welding and the temperature of base metal near the boundary zone of weld-mending and the hardness as well as microstructure of weldmending zone were examed.It's suggested that liquid film state is the basis which can be used to determine and control the best spray-melting temperature.
