摘要
铸钢轧辊产生粘砂的重要原因是出钢温度过高。锆英砂的分解温度就是轧辊的粘砂临界温度,同时也是始浇温度的上限。出钢温度应以这个值来界定。只要控制好出铜温度即可避免粘砂。
In this article,the pouring temperature is the important factor to cause the sand burn on cast steel roller.It is proposed that the decomposition temperature of Zircon is the temperature limit for pouring,the temperature of taping out is determind by this value. If the temperature is controled suitably,the sand burn can be advoided.
