摘要
对薄壁件消失模精铸的失模工艺进行了试验研究。结果表明，对于高密度ＥＰＳ模，采用高温失模工艺具有工艺简单、失模快、成品率高、污染小等优点。最佳失模温度为：６５０～７５０℃。
In this paper,the process of removing EPS patterm in Replicast CS for thin wall castings was studied.The results indicate that removing pattern at high temperature for high density EPS pattern offers the advantages.of simplifying process ,fast removing,high yield and less pollution etc.The optimal temperature is 650～750℃.
