摘要
实验了稀土镁对铸态高锰钢机械性能的影响.结果表明,在一定的C、Mn、Si成分中,加入REMg合金均使其铸态机械性能有所提高.同时在工业设备上试验证实,加入REMg的某种成分之高锰钢,在铸态时其耐磨性能。
Effect of RE Mg on the mechanical properties of as cast high manganese Steel have been tested Experimental results show that all mechanical properties increased with RE Mg added in the specified chemical composition of C、Mn and Si Moreover it was confirmed,in industry production that by adding some RE Mg in high manganese steel the both wear resistance and mechanical properties can reach the standard of ZGMn13 1 & ZGMn13 2 (GB5686 85),which is superior to the properties of as cast 75Mn13
