充填过程数值模拟技术的现状及发展

The Curent Development of Numerical Simulation of Mold Filling

针对充填过程数值模拟的几个关键问题，即充填过程的计算速度、流体流动性态、温度场与速度场的耦合等，进行了评述提出了一些解决问题的思路。总括了当前这一领域的发展现状。

The key issues,namely,the determination of free surface,the flow pattern and the couple of temperature field with velocity field and so on,in numerical simulation of mold filling are discussed.Some ideas to solve those problems have been proposed in the present paper.Current development is summerised.It is helpful for engineers to understand and apply the technology to production.
