摘要 考察了不同条件对异丙基黄药合成异丙基黄原酸甲酸乙酯的影响。结果表明:反应最佳温度为25℃,合成时间200分钟,物料摩尔比1.06∶1,异丙基黄原酸甲酸乙酯的产率可以达到94%以上。江西武山铜矿的浮选实验研究表明:异丙基黄原酸甲酸乙酯与黄药相比,对硫化铜矿具有更高的回收率,精矿中铜品位更高。 The effects that isopropyl xanthogen ethyl formate is synthesized with isopropyl xanthate under differ conditions has been studied.The results show that the optimum technical parameters for the synthesis of isopropyl xanthogen ethyl formate are 25℃,200 minutes, 1.06:1(the ratio of molar), and the percentage productivity of isopropyl xanthate can be over 94%. Floatation experiment in Wushan Copper Mine shows that isopropyl xanthogen ethyl formate has higher recovery ratio and higher copper grade than xanthate when they are used as copper sulfide collector.
