随着考研热潮的逐渐形成,如何为高校考研学生提供优质的服务,是高校图书馆参考咨询服务面临的一项重要工作。从提供信息性服务、知识性服务、个性化服务以及提高咨询馆员的素质等几方面提出了搞好考研咨询服务工作的对策与措施。

Along with the gradual formation of the great mass favor of the postgraduate examination, how to provide the quality service for the university students who enter themselves for the examination of postgraduate has become an important work faced by university library＇s consuhancy service. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for doing well the consultancy service for the postgraduate examination from providing information service, knowledge service and individualized service, and improving the quality of the librarians, etc.
