从客观和主观两个方面详细地剖析了煤矿事故发生的各种原因,并提出相应对策,包括牢固树立“安全第一,以人为本”思想,切实加强安全管理,加强安全监督检查,并建立矿井安全动态评估机制等。
From objective and subjective aspects, this paper analyzes in detail on the various causes of the coalmine＇s accidents, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, which include establishing firmly the thought of ＂safety first, people supreme＂, strengthening practically the safety management, strengthening the safety supervision and check, and establishing the shaft safety dynamic evaluation mechanism, etc.
