摘要
以上海市2005年上半年受理的劳动争议案件为数据资料,分析了上海市劳动争议的特点及产生原因。认为维护劳动者权益是构建和谐社会的关键之一,为了建立和谐稳定的劳动关系,必须建立相应的劳动关系协调机制。
Taking the labor dispute cases in the first half of 2005 in Shanghai as the data materials, This paper analyzes on the features and reasons of the labor dispute in Shanghai, and holds that safeguarding laborer's rights and interests is the key to construct the harmonious society and in order to establish the harmonious and steady labor relation, the government must establish the corresponding mechanism for coordinating the labor relation.
