摘要
针对黄河流域水资源贫乏的现状,分析了南水北调中线工程向黄河相机补水的必要性和可行性,进而提出了相关的政策建议。
In the light of the present situation of the poor water resources of the Yellow River basin, this paper analyzes on the necessity and feasibility of the opportune water replenishing from S to N Diversion Project to the Yellow River Basin, and further puts forward some relevant policy suggestions.
