摘要
为了解决传统超声电机运转不平稳,驱动力矩小的不足,提出了一种新型结构超声电机,它不同于以往电机定转子之间动态过程中为点接触的结构形式,采用了定转子之间动态过程为线接触的结构.设计出了电机整体结构以及驱动电路,并详细给出了电机运行的激励方法;应用有限元软件ANSYS计算出了电机定子的工作频率和模态,最后通过实验验证了此种新型电机的性能.
A new type ultrasonic motor is presented to avoid the shortcoming such as operating unbalance and low-torque of the traditional ultrasonic motor. It is different from some traditional motors whose rotor and stator are in frictional contact by several points during the dynamic process, and the rotor and the stator are in contact by the line during the dynamic process. It presents the structure of the motor and the driving circuit, the excited method of this motor is described in details. By use of finite element software ANSYS, vibrating frequency and mode of stator of the motor is analyzed. The performance of this motor is obtained through the experiment.
