摘要 为保证保健食品的质量,在比较了现有大豆异黄酮的检测方法的基础上,建立了一套简便、快捷、高准确度、高灵敏度并能长期用于日常大豆异黄酮测定的方法.采用Waters Spherisorb(r)ODS2色谱柱,柱温50 ℃,以甲醇-冰醋酸水溶液体积比(40:60)为流动相,1.2 mL/min的流速,在254 nm用紫外检测器进行检测,其重复测定结果的相对偏差在2.25%,回收率在85%~110%范围内,适用于保健食品中大豆异黄酮的测定. A rapid using a reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of soybean isoflavones in foods was presented. The assay conditions were listed and compared in this paper. It was separated on waters spherisorb(r)ODS2 reverse-phase column and methanol-acetic acid(40:60 ,by volume), it was used as the mobile phase at a velocity of 1.2 mL/min. The eluate was detected by a UV detector at 254 nm. The variation coefficient was 2. 25% and the recovery of soybean isoflavones was 85% - 110%. This method was suitable for the determination of soybean isoflavones in foods.
