低频声波清灰装置在煤气加压机叶轮清灰中的应用

摘要 济钢高炉煤气经湿法除尘后的煤气中部分粉尘附着于煤气加压机叶轮与机壳之上。人工对壳体和叶轮挂灰进行清理费时、费力、影响生产。经采用低频声波清灰装置,减少了检修和维护的费用。 In the gas there was of the gas pressure after the blast furn process. It took time and energies to and affected production. Expenses for frequency sound wave deashing device a part of dust adhering to the impeller and the shell ace gas of Ji'nan Iron & Steel was dusted by the wet clean the dust on the impeller and the shell manually repairing and maintenance were reduced after the low was used.
