介绍了为适应高炉炼铁用氧需要,将设计终压3MPa的活塞式氧压机改造为终压0.8MPa思路、过程和实施结果,最终实现了节电、增加压送量的目的。
In order to meet the needs of oxygen amount required by blast furnace ironmaking, the piston-type oxygen compressor with final pressure 3 MPa should be changed to the oxygen compressor with final pressure 0.8 MPa. The reconstruction thought, procedures and ef- fects are presented. It realizes the targets to save power and increase oxygen transport amount.
