摘要
建立了用来检测儿童下呼吸道呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、副流感病毒(PFV)和腺病毒(AdV)急性感染的血清特异性IgG抗体的ELISA方法。所用抗原经去氧胆酸钠处理,制备简单.用量经济。应用本法观察了下呼吸道急性感染患儿血清中RSV、PFV、AdV IgG抗体的水平与动态.检测50份双份血清,特异性IgG抗体4倍增高者,RSV 16例(32%),PFV10例(20%),AdV10例(20%),麻疹8例(16%)。对病毒间混合感染做了初步观察。
An indirect ELISA was set up for the detection of specific seru m IgG antibodies to respiratory syncytial virus(RSV), parainfluenza virus(PFV), adenovirus ( AdV ) and measles virus. The antigens used in the ELISA were treated with DOC detergent. Four viral IgG antibodies can be detected at the same time in one serum specimen under testing.The kinetics of IgG antibodies was observed in children with the 4 viral lower respiratory tract infections.Of the 50 pairs of acute and convalescent sera from children with acute lower respiratory infections, 16 ( 32% ) were found positive for IgG to RSV, 10 ( 20% ) to PFV,10 ( 20% ) to AdV and 8 (l6%)to measles virus. In addition, combined infections by two or more viruses were also noted.
