The Design for Large Component of Large Tupe NC Machine Tool

大型机床所承受的重力和切削载荷比一般机床大,而数控机床的工作精度指标又较普通机床高,因此对机床大件的设计要求也需要不断总结提高。

The large machine tool loaded heavy weight and cutting force is more than general machine tool. The machining accuracy index of NC machine tool is higher than common machine tool. Therefore, the design requirement for large component of machine tool must be improved step by step. This paper gives a practical design for large component of large type NC machine tool.
