摘要
对硫酸锌溶液净化过程中锌粉置换钴的机理进行了热力学和动力学研究,通过不同粒度的锌粉、自产锌粉和合金锌粉的对比试验,结果表明:使用Pb-Sb-Zn合金锌粉有利于降低净化过程的锌粉消耗,现已应用于生产实践,降低了生产成本。
A thermodynamics and dynamics study is made about the mechanism of Zinc powder displace Cobalt during purifing Zinc Sulphate solution. Basing on the test of different size Zinc powder and the comparative test of blown Zinc powder and alloy Zinc powder, the results have shown that using Pb - Sb - Zn alloy Zinc powder is beneficial to decrease the consumption of Zinc powder purification process. Now it had been applied to practice to reduce production costs.
