摘要
21世纪人力资源管理在企业中的地位日趋重要,而人力资源管理的关键和基础是绩效考评。文章对国有矿山实施中层管理人员绩效考评的意义和存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了国有矿山如何实施中层管理人员绩效考评的策略建议。
In the 21st century,human resource management is playing a more and more important role in the enterprises,but the key and foundation of the human resource management is the performance appraisal. Focusing on performance appraisal of intermediate manager of state-owned mine enterprise, this article analysed the importance and problems of intermediate manager in state-owned mine enterprise, and put forward some strategic suggestions on performance appraisal.
