摘要 实验研究了具有电磁光栅驱动装置的顺序等离子体光谱仪的波长定位精度,讨论了影响波长定位精度的因素。结果表明,其波长定位精度与机械驱动光栅光谱仪相同,但扫描速度远高于后者。 The wavelength poeitioning accuracy of sequential ICP spectiometer with electromagnetically driving grating is in-vestigatea experimentally. Influencing factors are discussed. The experimemal resulls indicate that the electromag-netically driving grating has the saroe wavelength positioning accuracy as the mechanically driving grating,but the scanning speed of the former is much higher than the later.
