摘要
2004年1月26日，刘雪娟在江苏省南京市的苏宁中心购买了由乐金公司生产的海皙蓝嫩肤液一瓶。该化妆品外包装盒底部标注‘限用日期：记载于底部或侧面’，内置玻璃容器底部标注：‘限用合格2007．11．21．’。刘雪娟购买该化妆品后即开瓶使用。当年3月8日，刘雪娟以该化妆品外包装上没有标注开瓶後的使用期限和正确的使用方法，致使自己难以正确使用该化妆品为由，提起本案诉讼。
On January 26, 2004, Liu Xuejuan bought a bottle of Hercyna 02 Genic Time Control Emulsion （＂Emulsion＂） produced by Hangzhou LG Cosmetics Co., Ltd, （＂LG Company＂） at the Suning Center in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. On the bottom of the outer package of the Emulsion it was marked that ＂Expiry date is on the bottom or side,＇＂ and on the bottom of the glass bottle it was marked： ＂Eligible for use： 11/21/2007.＂ She opened the bottle for use immediately after buying it, On March 8, 2004, she brought an action on the ground that the expiry date and correct method of use after opening the bottle were not marked on the outer package of the Emulsion, which caused her difficuky in correctly using the Emulsion.
