摘要
设计注射模具成型零部件时,一般是考虑对塑件尺寸精度影响较大的主要因素后,采用经验公式计算成型零部件的尺寸,计算工作量大且容易出错。利用计算机进行人机对话设计时,能最大可能地考虑全部影响因素,可提高注射模设计的速度和准确度。
When designing injection molding-tool parts, main factor affecting size accuracy is considered at first, then adopting the empirical formula to calculate it's size. Using this method, there are great computing work and coming amiss easily. Using calculator and person-machine dialogue method, can consider all influence the most factors probably, and raise the speed and accuracy of design.
