实验兔接种兔病毒性出血症病毒疫苗后的免疫应答 被引量:1

摘要 对接种了兔病毒性出血症疫苗并经攻毒试验的实验兔,测定了某些免疫指标。注苗后7天血凝抑制抗体即达到有效保护水平,能抵御兔病毒性出血症病毒(RHDV)强毒的攻击,但淋巴细胞转化刺激指数至第17天才升高.特异性转移因子对兔基本无保护作用。这些表明,本病的免疫是以体液免疫为主。聚肌胞可迅速诱导兔体产生干扰素,并在高峰期内有效抵抗RHDV感染。疫苗诱生干扰素的能力与聚肌胞相当,只是高峰期稍迟,提示干扰素参与RHDV疫苗的免疫保护机理,提供早期保护. Studies on the immune indices of rabbits inoculated with rabbit hemorr-hagic disease virus ( RHDV ) vaccine and challenged with virulent virus indicated that actively produced or passively transferred antibodies could protect rabbits from RHDV-challenge. Stimulation index (SI) of lymphocyte transformation increased only at the 17th day and specific transfer factor of rabbit ( RSTF ) had little protective effect. Thus, humoral immunity plays an important role in protection against viral hemorrhagic disease.Interferon ( IFN ) was induced immediately by poly I:C in vivo and could protect rabbits against RHDV infection. RHDV vaccine also induced IFN , IFN could also be produced in rabbits infected with the virulent virus, but the titers in rabbits which died from the infection were significantly lower than that reached in one recovered rabbit. It is suggested that IFN may take a part in the immune mechanism of RHDV vaccine and is involved in the early protection and perhaps in recovery from viral hemmorhagic disease.
