公安边防信息安全工作，直接关系到边防的稳定，影响到国家安全。面对当前电子信息技术飞速发展的新形势，加强边防建设，应该从健全管理体系、提高技术装备水平、强化管理和提高人员素质等方面综合考虑，构建一个行之有效的公安边防信息安全保密体系。

The information security System of Public Security and Border Defense has a close relationship with the border stability and therefore has a direct influence on National Security. Confronting the new situation of the fast development of information technology, we should give a comprehensive consideration to complete management system, in order to meet the requirements of border Defense Construction, to increase technological level of equipment, to strengthen management and high quality talents cultivation so as to establish an effective and efficient Public Security and Border Defense Information Security System.
