The paper establishes binary linear regression equation by analyzing the existent based on the data of fire statistics. It introduces the important factors resulting in more than thirty casualties in a fire because of wrong operation and electrical failure, The statistical model can be used to analyze the other data of fire statistics, and indicate the function of statistical model in fire statistics.
