The Approaches to Promote the Development of Adult Higher Education

分析成人高等教育的现状和发展中凸显的问题及成因,提出了更新观念,教育形式向继续教育转型;进行教育教学创新,教学体系由普通教育模式向具有成人特色模式转变;适应终身教育要求,拓展社区教育、远程教育等对策。

Based on the present conditions of adult higher education and the problems together with the causes in its developing process, this paper puts forward a series of measures, a new conception that the education should change its form to the continuing education, and introduces the creative education system which should fit in with the pattern of adult＇ s features instead of general ones and suggests expanding the community education and the long - range education to meet the demands of lifelong education.
