摘要
通过英汉词汇在文化内涵上所表现的差异来说明词汇教学中应重视文化背景知识的导入。在教学中教师应当有意识地进行文化背景知识的讲解并引导学生透过语言表层去理解文化内涵,以达到有效实际的目的。
This article mainly puts forward that the attention to the introduction of cultural background differences should be paid by means of emphasizing word connotations between English and Chinese Vocabulary. Teachers should consciously give explanations of cultural background to students and lead them to understanding of the cultural connotations beneath the superficial language in order to improve efficiency in English learning.
