摘要
以中子活化技术为分析手段,研究了相关条件下离体小麦根对溶液中稀土元素镧的吸收和解吸情况,得出了在实验浓度范围内根中镧的含量与溶液中镧的浓度的剂量效应关系以及解吸根中镧的办法。
Absorption and desorption of lanthanum by excised roots of Triticum aestivum L. were studied. Results show the relationship between accumulation of La in the excised roots and it in the solution within the experimental concentration. We also elicit the desorption method of La in the excised root by EDTA.
