摘要
利用改进运动法,导出谐波齿轮的理论啮合方程,求出了柔轮任意齿廓形状时谐波齿轮传动啮合矩阵的一般形式,更适合于对具有不同共轭曲面的轮齿的谐波齿轮进行计算机分析。求出在具有余弦凸轮波发生器的谐波齿轮传动中,与渐开线柔轮齿廓共轭的刚轮齿廓以及形成并把时发生器的转角区间,得出在发生器转角为±39°附近存在一个共轭区间的结论。
The theoretical engaging equation of the Harmonic Drive is estublished by the ModifiedKinemahc Method. It is more suitable for computer simuIating the engaging per formance of HarmonicDrive with different conjugato surface. The conjugate profiles and zones of the circle spline and theflealble spline are obtuined in Harmonic Drive with cosine cam wave Generator. We find that there arefour zones of action and four pieces of conjugate profiles during the whole meshing process.
