摘要
进一步提高转换效率是功率因数校正电路的一个重要发展方向。图腾柱Boost功率因数校正电路由于省略了整流桥,理论上可获得更高的效率。本文分析了它的工作原理,提出了一种运用现有传统临界电流Boost PFC控制芯片UC3852实现该拓扑的简单方法。通过计算机仿真和试验验证,证明该方案的可行性。并依据试验结果,指出该拓扑的主要缺陷,展望了它的应用前景。
For Power-Factor-Correction(PFC) circuit,it's a more important aspect to get higher efficiency. Totem Pole Boost with no rectifier bridge can get better performance in theory. In this paper,after theoretical analysis for Toten-Pole Boost PFC circuit,a simple way to realize this circuit with traditional Boost PFC control IC UC3852 with critical continue current is proposed. Simulative and experimental results verified its feasibility. Based on experimental results,point out the disadvantage of the topology and indicate its potential.
