摘要
根据边界反应膜分解失效机理和化学反应动力学理论,引入了反应膜分解率的概念并对之作了定量的数学描述,在此基础上推导建立了反应膜临界温度计算模型,分析讨论了活化能和工作速度对反应膜分解率及临界温度的影响规律,并探讨了该模型的应用前景。
This paper is an attempt to quantitatively describe the failure of reaction film under boundary lubrication. According to the decomposition failure mechanism of reaction film and the theory of chemical reaction dynamics, a parameter, decomposition rate of reaction film, is proposed and mathematically described, and based on which, a model for evaluating theoretical temperature at which the reaction film cease to be effective is derived and established. Variations of the decomposition rate and theoretical critical temperature of reaction film with the activation energy of additives as well as the velocity of gears are analyzed. Additionally, the application prospect for the model is discussed.
