摘要
Prof. Meng Qinghong （1967-）, male, born in Yichang, Hubei Province, PhD in Economics, postdoctoral research fellowship in regional economics. Now he is vicepresident of The Socialism Institute of Yunnan Province, standing committee member of the Ninth Yunnan Committee of Chinese People＇s Political Consultative Conference, director of the Chinese Regional Economics Society, youth leading scientist of Yunnan Province, adjunct professor for China Three Gorges University, winner of Yunnan Youth May 4th Medal （2003）. Once he was director for the Institute of Regional Development, Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, trustee and deputy general manager of Sichuan Xicai High-tech Co. Ltd. and Sichuan Xicai Science and Education Co. Ltd., trustee and deputy general manager and secretary of the directorate for The Industrial Group, Kunming University of Science and Technology.
