摘要
在长期研究的基础上,为解决烧结机台车起拱而研制了一种新型烧结机星轮。从引入运动的匀速、加速条件入手,逐步形成齿廓曲线,构造星轮齿形。给出了该星轮的齿廓曲线方程及对应的计算机绘制的星轮及齿形,这为实现台车有序的加速、匀速的逻辑运动建立了理论基础。应用该理论制成的星轮齿形可以消除台车列的附加惯性力,减少台车起烘,从而减少漏风率。
Based on fbe reseatch. a new kind of sprockey developed in order to elimi-nate the arches of the pallets on a sintering machine, which in an original idea lasolvi-ng the arch problem,In the light of axiom of the condition for uniformaty and accelera-tion of motion, the tooth-outline curve is taking shape and new forms of teeth of the sp-rocket are coming infobeing, Besides, the equation for the tooth-outline curve of the spr-ocket is derived and the corresponding drawing of the tooth forms is made by a computer,which establishes the theoretical foundation for an orderly accelerative and uniform logi-cal motion, The tooth form fo the sprocket based on this theory can eliminate the additi-onal inertia force of the pallet line and lessen the arches of pallets. therefore, reducethe airleak rate.
